“The new face in town turns out to be Zac Willis – Terese’s nephew, and the newly-appointed second-in-command at Lassiters.”
Colton hopes to pick up where he left off with Zac, so he invites him out for a drink.
Much to Colton’s surprise, Zac suddenly turns cold by insisting that he’s much too busy.
“Colton later tries again by inviting Zac to spend some more time with him,” our insider adds.
“Zac dismisses him in even stronger terms – making it very clear that there’s nothing between them. Colton can’t believe it – what’s the reason for Zac’s mixed messages?”
2. Zac hides a secret

When Terese catches up with Zac, she notes that her nephew seems very cagey when it comes to his recent break-up.
Terese invites Zac to move in at No.22, but he gets distracted by pesky phone calls from someone who’s very persistent.

In the end, Zac throws his phone into the Lassiters Lake rather than talking to whoever’s hassling him.
3. Sadie does some digging over Holly
Sadie Rodwell arranges a trip to the beach with Max Ramsay and Taye Obasi. They’re all looking forward to a distraction from Holly Hoyland, who’s left them baffled with her erratic behaviour recently.
Later, Sadie reveals to Taye that she even reached out to Mackenzie Hargreaves for advice on how to handle the Holly situation. Mystifyingly, Mackenzie reveals that Holly is ghosting her too.
4. Max struggles to move on
At the beach, Max tries to charm volleyball player Jayda.
Although things quickly heat up between the pair, Max soon realises that he’s not ready to share a kiss with her. He seems a long way off from moving on after being so callously dumped by Holly.
