Just as Elle celebrates her career achievement, she’s dismayed as Terese Willis, Susan Kennedy and Leo Tanaka all turn their backs on her.

Cara receives a threatening text following the publication of Elle’s article. The police suggest that Cara and her family should move into a safe house to protect themselves against the Linwell brothers.
Remi, JJ, Dex and Taye agree to visit Apollo Bay, where they’ll stay with Remi’s father for a while. However, Cara decides that her presence would only put her loved ones in danger, so she urges them to go without her.
The timing couldn’t be worse, coming just as Cara was starting to make progress with Remi again.
