The actor was announced to have a guest role in the series back in April. In an Instagram post, he was seen wearing an NHS lanyard around his neck, and some prosthetic makeup to resemble burns on his upper body.
Now we have some context for those images – Fellows’s storyline in the current boxset, ‘Supply and Demand’, involves his character being brutally attacked during a delivery by the gang, who steal his medicinal supplies.
This incident is linked to some recent dramatic events at the pharmacy of Holby City Hospital’s emergency department.

In an unexpected twist, viewers found out last week that pharmacist Sunny Callahan has been stealing the missing morphine from the ED. At the end of last week’s episode, she was seen labelling other medication as morphine before packaging it up.
This week, Sunny panics when Jan voices her suspicions about the tampered morphine. Rash also grows concerned when Sunny makes a serious medical error and decides to confront her, pushing Sunny to tell him the truth.
Sunny pleads with Rash not to report her, explaining she has only been doing this to protect her son Jake, who was groomed by the gang.
However, Rash might not be able to stay silent after Terry is brought into the ED with some serious injuries, which are the result of Sunny telling the gang about the drop-off. What will Rash decide to do?
