In the opening moments of the episode, we see the previous night’s cliffhanger again from a different perspective – showing that there was more to the gunshot incident than met the eye.
With one character taking drastic action, another falls to the ground after being knocked out…
2. Back to the plan

When things somehow start to go his way again, persistent John suggests that there’s still a chance to revert to the original plan.
This would mean Caleb getting John safely out of the country to escape the ongoing police search. But would Caleb’s family ever forgive him for going ahead with it?
3. The police get a last chance to catch John

Caleb reluctantly complies with John’s demands, still fearful over the scheming villain’s insurance policy – the scheduled email he has lined up exposing the truth about Anthony’s death.
With the plan now on again, Caleb tries to get John to Rotterdam on a ferry. Unfortunately, things go wrong when border police choose to stop Caleb’s vehicle for a random search.
While lurking in the back, can John quickly come up with a plan? Or will he be spotted and finally face arrest?
4. Jai starts to lose patience

Jai is shocked when he goes through documents at the depot and discovers that Caleb has mysteriously signed himself up for the Rotterdam job.
He’s getting increasingly annoyed over Caleb’s casual approach to business matters, but will he realise there’s something going on beyond bad management?
5. Dylan struggles to avoid Ray

Dylan desperately tries to stand up to Ray, making it clear that he won’t do any criminal jobs on the dealer’s behalf while he’s working at Caleb’s depot. We’re sure that resolution will last for all of five minutes.
Ray isn’t a man who backs down easily, so he does everything he can to talk Dylan round. After all, if Dylan steps up for Ray at the depot, he’ll pay off his debt a lot more quickly…
6. Liam remains in denial

There’s chaos at the Brook Cottage Surgery as the staff continue looking into John’s misdeeds. Regular patients are also starting to ask some awkward questions about whether their care could have been impacted by John’s, shall we say, unreliability…
Despite gentle encouragement from Claudette, Liam still can’t bring himself to arrange an appointment over the unexplained symptoms he’s experiencing. With his workload so high while dealing with the Brook Cottage crisis, how long will Liam continue burying his head in the sand?
