The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) is on the road to recovery.
While her heart hurts and her head is spinning, she’s determined to accept that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) broke his promise to her once again.
Two divorces represent the greatest breaks. But the last time Taylor and Ridge legally split was 2006. That was during the era when Hunter Tylo (Taylor) was playing this legacy character.
Thankfully, this latest betrayal hasn’t resulted in a relapse of Taylor’s broken heart syndrome. So, fans are wondering what’s ahead for this likable character who deserves better times ahead.
Ridge Forrester Loves Brooke Logan More
Ridge was direct. He spoke from the heart, and Taylor heard him. He couldn’t set a wedding date because Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) near drowning created a pressure point.
Ridge was undecided, not knowing whether he could remarry Taylor or would return to his Logan.
As viewers saw, Ridge’s watery rescue of Brooke and mouth-to-mouth life-saving actions caused a breakthrough. It was a moment of clarity in one of B&B’s beautiful location shoot settings.
Eric Forrester (John McCook) continued to goad Ridge to make what he called the right decision, with Kaye’s character finally realizing what had to be done.
Taylor Hayes Has Her Children, Grandchildren, and Practice
Yes, she has what’s written in this section header. But Taylor wanted to reconstitute her family, which included Ridge at the head.
Nearly two decades have passed since their second divorce. Including this month’s impulsive nuptial in the Forrester Creations Executive Suite, Ridge has married Brooke five times since he last divorced Taylor. Overall, Ridge has married Brooke an unfathomable nine times.
This latest break appears to be sobering for Taylor and different from the last time he broke a promise to be with her.
That came when Krista Allen (Taylor) was portraying what Eric referred to as one of the great loves of Ridge’s life. So, it’s reasonable to wonder if a new man will become part of Taylor’s life.
Deacon Sharpe Betrayed By His Wife
Not telling Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) never died was an arguable mistake. But Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) knew that relaying that news would likely create consequences.
Sheila was caught in wanting to protect her granddaughter, who was facing a return to jail, and keeping that information from Deacon. But Kanan’s character repeatedly said that he was relieved Luna was gone, and that affected Sheila’s choice to keep her existence secret.
The coming scenes, where Deacon asks Taylor to confide in Taylor about this situation, will prove intriguing. She’s no fan of Sheila but has demonstrated a fondness for Deacon in the past. Whether a new couple is being set up will be worth watching.
