While it’s been established that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is the father, there’s still a very good chance that it might be his father, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).
After all, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) did sleep with both of them and they do have similar DNA, which means that the test could have gone either way. But here’s the thing: it’s been way too long since the truth has come out!

Steffy told him during the storyline where Sheila and Bill were blackmailing Sinn with the secret that Taylor shot Bill, in order to keep Sheila out of prison. It wouldn’t be news to him.”
Another critic wrote, “I really doubt they’ll ever remove the tie between Steffy and Liam. Kelly and Beth both being Liam’s kids feels intentional—it keeps both women (Steffy and Hope) permanently connected to him, no matter what new storylines come along.”
