What’s New?
Since The Bold and the Beautiful moved into a new studio — see photos from the CBS soap’s arrival here — we’ve been finding out about one change after another. In the end, we could be starting the new year with a whole new show. Here’s the lowdown on all the shakeups.

Be Afraid… Be Very Afraid
Thomas was brought back to L.A. not to make another play for Hope but to forcibly if necessary see that his parents remarried. Since dad Ridge utterly thwarted that plan, watch for Paris’ now-ex-fiancé to take out his rage on one person and one person only: Brooke!

Cue Brooke’s Shocked Reaction
Thomas’ stepmother will, as per usual, insist that she and Ridge are one another’s “destiny.” But that’s only going to fuel Thomas’ fire. We can just hear him saying, “So help me, if you call it ‘destiny’ on more [bleeping] time!”

‘I Now Pronounce You… Broken Up’
The writing is on the wall where Carter is concerned. He may love Hope with his whole heart, but when she is drawn back toward Liam, the beefy wedding officiant is sure to step aside with all the grace that he can muster. Maybe Daphne can console him? Or maybe not.

What’s French for ‘You Snooze, You Lose’?
Co-headwriter Michael Minnis told TV Insider that someone from the perfumer’s past might burst into the present and have an “interesting impact on a number of our characters.” Like who, for instance?

‘No, I Wasn’t on Tinder! No… Why Would You… ?!?’
Taylor took Ridge’s latest rejection remarkably well. (We’d have gone scorched-earth on his ass!) Perhaps that’s because a new love is on the horizon for her — and maybe it’s the same man who’ll be dropping into Daphne’s story.

Paging Gilles Marini…
If ever there was a role that called for the suave actor who played Days of Our Lives’ Ted, this was and is it! Bold & Beautiful needs to escargot to his reps now, if not sooner than now!

This… Means… War
Fashion wars, that is. Forrester Creations soon won’t be the only game in town. The question is, what design dynasty will take it on? Sally 2.0 is busy on Young & Restless. Maybe that show’s Marchetti will stake a claim on L.A.’s fashionistas?

Hope For the Future
Steffy is in for a rude awakening when she returns home: Her worst nightmare Luna is alive and well. But maybe this time, she’ll have in her corner a new ally, sometime stepsister Hope. (Annika Noelle’s take on their rivalry here.)

A First for Forrester Creations
The announcement that Harrison Cone had been cast as the first gay male designer in the soap’s almost 40-year history was just the tip of the iceberg. Though his character wasn’t disclosed, his love interest was — and he’s already stirring the pot on Bold & Beautiful.

Redemption for Remy
Christian Weissmann’s on-screen counterpart was introduced as an Electra-obsessed stalker. But he is, in fact, the lucky guy who’ll be paired with newcomer Cone’s character. And hey, if Sheila can stick around even after shooting half of the series’ regulars, why can’t Remy?

Speaking of Sheila…
Bold & Beautiful has repositioned the villainess as an anything-goes character. She’s no longer the fearsome psycho who gunned down Steffy in cold blood, but she is still demented enough to cackle with granddaughter Luna over the fact that she raped crush Will.

Where There’s a Will
Now that word is starting to spread that Luna isn’t pushing up daisies, the murderess should be sent immediately back to prison. But if her mad plan works — and she’s pregnant by her victim — she might be right in thinking Bill wouldn’t want his grandchild born behind bars.

Nozawa Power
Then again, Luna may have a harder time keeping grandma Li from dogging her every step than even Bill. The doctor risked everything to save the crackpot, and how did she repay her former aunt? By sneaking out and committing yet another crime!

The ‘It’ Couple… for Now
Electra can’t stop telling anyone who’ll listen how perfect and amazing Will is. But her take on her boyfriend is likely to change — and in the extreme — when she learns that he not only drunkenly slept with Luna, he kept that tidbit of info from her.

Seems Like Old Times
If there is any good to come from the Will/Luna horror, it’s that it will bring Bill and Katie back together in a big way. Will they realize, as they circle the wagons around their son, that they never should have split up in the first place? Magic 8-Ball says yes.

Who’s That Girl?
Gorgeous Lainey appeared outta nowhere at Will’s promotion party — and portrayer Heidi Engerman is way too charismatic to just be passing through. When the dust settles after Luna-gate — and Electra kicks Will to the curb — Lainey is sure to be there to help him mend his broken heart.

Selective Amnesia
Never mind that Eric listened in once upon a time as Deacon defrocked daughter Bridget over speakerphone. These days, even characters like them who should be mortal enemies, can chuckle together like old friends. Does it make sense? God, no. You just have to roll with it.

*This* Is Where He’ll Draw the Line
That said, Deacon is sure to hit the roof when he learns that his better half kept it from him that Luna is still a clear and present danger. Maybe he’ll finally stick a fork in his ill-advised marriage to Sheila and take a shine to someone new… someone who maybe has been unfairly maligned like…

Poppy? What a Great Idea!
It never made a lick of sense to us why Luna was allowed to change her tune about her unorthodox childhood and paint her mother as a villain. Why did anyone believe the double murderess? Anyway, a rebound romance with Deacon could be a lovely consolation prize for Poppy.

We Don’t Talk About RJ
One legacy character we don’t expect to see again anytime soon is Brooke and Ridge’s son. When he was banished from the canvas during Hope and Carter’s coup, he was banished in a big way.

The Ex Factor
Thomas may have broken it off with Paris when he learned of her mother’s brain-tumor deception. But that doesn’t mean that Grace’s daughter is necessarily goin to just say, “Yeah, I get it!” and give up on her fiancé.
