When you have a little one, it’s always exciting to watch their reactions to all of the new firsts. On August 30, 2023, General Hospital’s Chad Duell (ex-Michael) and his girlfriend Luana Lucci welcomed their first child together and ever since, we can’t get enough of seeing Dawson out and about doing various activities with his parents. Welcome to the World
Duell announced Dawson’s arrival a few days after he was born and stated, “Welcome to the world lil Dawson. Been quite the journey… can’t wait to see the great man you become.”

Back in June of 2024, Duell posted a photo of the family and wished Lucci, an “amazing woman and mother,” a happy birthday.

And while at the beach, Dawson sat next to his dad and stared out at sea as the waves came rolling in.

It was a family affair for Halloween in 2024 as Dawson’s mom introduced her followers to “Snow White, the prince and her one little dwarf Dopey.”

On Valentine’s Day in 2025, Duell shared a pic of his crew at a pumpkin patch and sent his real-life leading lady a message. “Happy Valentine’s Day from D and me! Thank you for being such an amazing mom and woman! We love you.”

In April 2025, the family took a trip to the zoo… “Wild hearts at the wildest place,” previewed mom Luna.
