After a difficult shift, she finally reached out for help from Dylan, leading to an emotional moment when they confided in Siobhan about Ngozi’s struggles. Meanwhile, Iain and Teddy took part in an intense assessment day with HART (Hazardous Area Response Team), but Iain’s emotional turmoil after learning his alcoholic mother had been admitted to a hospice caused him to fail the final test.
